Meet our Team

Tre James
Founder & CEO
My name is Tre James, and I am the CEO and founder of Intelligent Children Underrated, LLC. Originally from Baltimore, MD, I recently relocated to Utah with my wife and four children. Growing up in a community that was plagued violence, drugs, and crime, witnessed many friends and family members make poor choices, nearly becoming a victim myself. Choosing to pursue football allowed me to travel and play at the collegiate level in Utah and Toledo, Ohio, where I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology. I believe my experiences shaped who I am today and likely saved my life. After my professional football career, I wanted to give back to the youth and establish a business that empowers underrated children to overcome the odds. I have been a Certified Peer Support Specialist for about four years now, and I have enjoyed every experience. The youth are underrated, and I look forward to continuing to show others that every young person has a chance for a better life.

Atlas Armstrong
PSS/Supervisor
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, I moved to Utah at a young age and grew up navigating the DCFS system. Having been in the system myself, I know firsthand what it feels like to move between many different homes and witness others take the wrong path. Those experiences fueled my passion for supporting the youth in my community. Whether I am coaching wrestling or mentoring, I have always done my best to provide the guidance and stability that every young person deserves. Now, as a Family Peer Support Specialist (FPSS) and Supervisor, I am dedicated to using my journey to help others overcome their obstacles and find their own path to success. I believe that with the right support, every youth has the potential to thrive.

Emmanuel Vincent
Peer Support Specialist
My name is Emmanuel Vincent. I was born in Cairo, Egypt, and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. Growing up, I didn’t always have the guidance I needed, which helped me understand the importance of having someone in your corner. This is what led me to become a Peer Support Specialist. I strive to be the support I once needed by helping youth build confidence, develop life skills, and make positive choices. I also do this work for my family, who motivate me to lead by example every day.
